INTIKA（以下「当方」）は、「Intika」（以下「本アプリ」）を利用する方のプライバシーを尊重し、その保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリでの情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末の識別子・利用状況など、利用者に関する情報を収集しません。位置情報・カメラ・マイク・連絡先・写真・通知など、端末の機能へのアクセスも求めません。

2. 学習の記録と設定の保存

学習する言語の選択、表示の設定、聞き取りクイズの成績（復習の予定を含む）は、お使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。外部のサーバーには送信されず、当方を含む第三者が見ることはできません。本アプリを削除すると、これらの記録も削除されます。

3. 計測ツール・広告

本アプリは、利用状況を計測するツール（アナリティクス）や広告を一切使用していません。

4. 音声について

本アプリの音声は、Microsoft Azure の音声合成サービスで事前に作成した合成音声で、アプリの中に収録されています。本アプリが再生のために Microsoft Azure やその他の外部のサービスに接続することはありません。

5. アプリ内課金

有料部分の購入には、Apple の App Store の決済（StoreKit）を使用します。支払いの処理と支払い情報の取り扱いはすべて Apple が行い、当方が支払い情報を取得・保存することはありません。購入の確認と復元も、Apple の仕組みで端末と App Store の間で行われます。詳しくは Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

6. 第三者への提供

本アプリは利用者の情報を収集しないため、第三者に提供することはありません。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず安心してご利用いただけます。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新することがあります。変更は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy

INTIKA ("we", "us") respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the "Intika" app (the "App"). This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect any information about you, such as your name, email address, location, device identifiers or usage data. It does not ask for access to device features such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or notifications.

2. Study Records and Settings

The languages you choose to learn, your display settings and your listening-quiz results (including review schedules) are stored only on your device. They are never sent to any external server, and no one — including us — can see them. Deleting the App deletes these records.

3. Analytics and Advertising

The App does not use any analytics tools or advertising.

4. About the Audio

The audio in the App is synthesized speech created in advance with Microsoft Azure's speech service and included in the App. The App does not connect to Microsoft Azure or any other external service to play it.

5. In-App Purchases

Purchases of paid content use Apple's App Store payment system (StoreKit). Payment processing and payment information are handled entirely by Apple; we do not obtain or store any payment information. Checking and restoring purchases also happen between your device and the App Store through Apple's system. Please see Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

Because the App does not collect user information, no information is shared with third parties.

7. Children's Privacy

As the App collects no personal information, it can be used safely by people of all ages.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed. Any changes take effect once posted on this page.
